Read the checklist here — no email required. A small online business does not need ten paid subscriptions. Use this ten-tool decision checklist to identify the next job you need done, start with the simplest suitable option, and postpone everything that does not solve a current problem.
This page is the resource itself, not a signup page. We have paused the previous email-only route while that delivery flow is being corrected.
Scope: This is a planning checklist, not ten hands-on product reviews. Our documented Systeme.io funnel and email build is linked below. Other tools are options to evaluate, not claims that we tested every paid feature. Prices, plan limits, payment eligibility and availability vary; check the official pages before buying.
The ten-tool decision checklist
| Tool or service | Job | Start only if… | Before paying, check… |
|---|---|---|---|
| Systeme.io | Funnel, email follow-up and an initial course offer | You have a clear opt-in promise or offer. | Contact, automation and funnel limits; sender setup; payment eligibility. |
| WordPress + hosting | Website and article library | You need control of content and a plan to bring readers. | Hosting, domain, backups and maintenance. Free software is not free hosting. |
| Canva | Graphics, covers and lead-magnet layout | You have content to design. | Needed assets, exports and licensing. |
| ChatGPT | Drafting and organizing research | You can verify facts and add your own evidence. | Usage limits and privacy. Never publish invented tests. |
| Calendly | Call scheduling | Calls are part of your offer. | Event types, integrations and timezone behavior. |
| Stripe | Card payments where eligible | Your business and product can qualify. | Supported business countries, verification, fees, payouts and refunds. Availability is not universal. |
| PayPal | Another payment option where eligible | Your customers need it and you can receive business payments. | Receiving permissions, cross-border fees, currency conversion and withdrawals. |
| Publer | Scheduling social posts | You already publish for a defined audience. | Networks and account limits. A scheduler does not create an audience. |
| Notion | Content queue and test log | A document or spreadsheet is no longer sufficient. | Sharing permissions, collaborators, file limits and export needs. |
| Google Analytics | Site visits and behavior | You have a measurement question and appropriate privacy setup. | Consent, events and traffic filtering. Use Search Console separately for search visibility. |
A smaller stack for your first funnel
- One page and a useful offer. State who it helps and what they receive.
- One working delivery path. Readable resource or file, then an optional tested email sequence.
- One results log. A document or spreadsheet is enough.
- One acquisition channel. Match the resource to a real question before buying scheduling tools.
You may not need a separate website, booking tool, payment provider and scheduler on day one. This is not a shopping list or a zero-cost guarantee: domain, hosting and payment-processing costs can still apply.
Before you send anyone to the page
- Open the published URL on desktop and phone.
- Remove placeholder copy, sample identities and unused form fields.
- Confirm that visitors receive exactly what the headline promises.
- If email is offered, test form → contact → campaign → inbox → download with an address you control.
- Disclose affiliate relationships near recommendations and only describe tests you performed.
- Record the traffic source and next action you want to measure.
What to measure first
Separate search impressions, visits, resource use, referral clicks, provider-confirmed signups or purchases, approved commission and payout. One does not prove the next. Do not count your own tests as customer conversions.
